We, at Luv at First Find, love a good challenge. We also love setting goals and feeling accomplished when we reach them. Since it takes 21 days to develop a habit, join us in challenging yourself for the next 21 days to take simple, daily steps towards reaching your health and wellness goals and becoming the very best you!
There are 3 important areas to focus on to become the healthiest, happiest you.
The next 21 days have been broken into 3 parts, focusing on each for 7 days.
1.) Mindfulness. First, and most importantly, tap into your mental health. Even the most subtle shift in living mindfully will cultivate balance and confidence, lead to decreased stress and anxiety, encourage weight loss, and improve overall health and happiness.
2.) Nutrition. You are what you eat. We need to establish a healthy diet, stay on track with the 80/20 rule, eat mostly plants, and cut out processed “food” and refined sugar. A healthy diet does not have to be as awful as we make it out to be.
3.) Exercise. Yes, this one is important, but it’s the last piece of the puzzle for a reason. It’s simple. You cannot out-exercise a bad diet.
We hope you are inspired to join us and commit yourselves to take this challenge towards wellness. 21 days will fly by, and our guess is that you will feel like a brand new person at the finish line.

My definition of wellness: living each day with love, purpose and abundance and feeling happy, healthy and confident in your own skin.
Favorite fruit: does an avocado count?
Favorite vegetable: sweet potatoes
Non-negotiable: warm lemon water first thing in the morning
Favorite meal: creative, super nutritious and delicious plant-based meals that seem like your cheating (but you're not!)... Way too many to choose from!
Favorite type of exercise: Yoga, it's so great to the mind and the body all at once! Who doesn't love that?!
