Letting Go for this FRISKY FALL SEASON

As we are going into a new season, I've been thinking a lot about starting fresh and really letting go of old things that I've been letting hold me back. In starting this business, it has been one of the most gratifying things I have ever done (because I know I'm capable), but as women for some reason we are really good at being our own worst critics.

Enter my inner thoughts... against the world.

Sounds so dramatic right?!

Well we can all be a bit dramatic at times, but I know that it is up to me DO the work. To create a new initiative, and way of thinking to bring to life into something that I've thought about for a really long time. And that is a place for women to go to be inspired, excited, to learn and feel connected.

In spite of my crazy inner thoughts, I decided (with the encouragement of my husband) to go to a networking event this week with LEVO League.  And sitting there in the classroom learning about finances and the "5 Money Mistakes Young Professional are Making (and How to Fix Them)", I realized not only was I learning A TON, but I was connecting with other women! Who just so happen to be going through a lot of the same things I'm going through! And I'm reminded that it's not about me, it's about the experience. It's about meeting people, growing relationships and feeling like you're a part of something!

It inspired me to write this post (my first one eek!) and put myself out there. It's the only way we create community is by communicating! So let's shake off what we've been letting hold us back and jump into a frisky FALL season with new thoughts, friends and community!
